Parent to Parent of West Virginia: Support Parent Certification

Introduction to Course:

Parent to Parent (P2P) of West Virginia is a volunteer matching program for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities or special healthcare needs. In this course you will learn about the Parent to Parent program at both a national and local level and how to become a trained volunteer Support Parent. Upon completion of this course, you will understand more about Parent to Parent, the role of a Support Parent, and become certified to be matched to another parent/caregiver and offer them support.
