Instructions for Completing the SFC Provider Training

Here’s how to navigate and complete your required coursework:

1. Accessing the Trainings: Each training module is available in the menu below and can be accessed through the provided links on this page. You may start any module at your convenience.

2. Flexible Learning Schedule: The training is designed to be flexible. You can complete each module in one sitting or in parts, returning to the course whenever your schedule allows. Feel free to pause and resume as needed—your progress will be saved.

3. Course Format Variations:  Please note that each training may be formatted slightly differently. Some modules might include videos, readings, or interactive activities. Pay attention to instructions within each course to ensure you complete all required components.

4. Completion and Passing the Quiz: At the end of each training, there is a quiz that you must pass to demonstrate your understanding. You can retake the quiz as many times as needed to achieve a passing score.

5. Order of Courses: You have the flexibility to complete the trainings in any order you prefer. Choose the sequence that best fits your schedule.

6. Finalizing Your Certification:  After completing all trainings and passing the quizzes, keep a copy of your confirmation of completion. Be sure to share this documentation with your SFC Specialist to finalize your certification.
